True Education will only manifest the inner qualities to enhance Standard of Living as well as Life .Whether it is technology or cleanliness or harboring right attitude, the country depends in the YOUTH POWER and Children as they are the change makers and will make India shine as the POLESTAR in 21st Century. But for this the children must strive for Academic Excellence and follow the path of righteousness.
Gurudev said, “Let us learn to integrate the Mind and bring out the Best in us. The extra glory of performance, the Excellence in your own work is that which is going to create not only a revolution in your own personality and life bit also a very change in the destiny of our country”.
So it is imperative and extra onus on us to train the mind as Mind is the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel. The mind is the instrument that translates ideas into action.
As the mind, so is the individual. The mind is the Commander so train the mind toward right thinking and diligent activity. Right thinking is a habit that needs to be cultivated. Sweep your house clean every moment, day after day, of all its misunderstandings as the quiet mind only can produce brilliant intellect
Mind is Objective and Subjective. The outer mind facing the objects is Objective mind and inner mind is Subjective mind .Both need to work in unison, but a split is created by the layers of egoistic desires. Subjective mind is a secret weapon that leads to goodness So, CONTROL the mind and stay healthy. A mind filled with negativity is destructive so cultivate Noble qualities to secure inner strength and Peace of Mind.

So discipline your mind, restrain and tame your mind.
Watch the thoughts and sensations of your mind and don’t get distracted by them. Mind rattles even shakes violently and runs elsewhere so control and it will be a tremendous asset. The Mind is like the software and brain the hardware. New computer is configured with software and basic soft wares are downloaded .Similarly the mind works as per our command .The hardware is prone to wear and tear virus etc Similarly an agitated or distracted mind affected by viruses like anger, stress etc can lead to depression.
So it is very important to control and mould towards righteousness. To handle others, use your heart but to handle yourself use your mind”-Swami Tejomayanandajee.
Mind is the seat of impulses and feelings and has the capacity to discriminate and analyze
So the Quality, Quantity and Direction of thoughts determine the beauty and effectiveness of personality. Mind is dynamic, ever active so recharge the mind through Meditation – a true Education – that makes the mind become highly potent and obedient.
So tame the mind and Renounce dishonesty, deception, lust and passion also reprimand your mind and force towards right direction.
Develop concentration as it helps us to harness hidden potential burn away the negativities of the mind. There are a few tips to develop concentration and be focused
Start doing Mindful Exercises – Relaxation Technique-Take one hand and gently tap your thumb to each finger on the same hand. Think only about what you feel as you alternate finger taps. If your mind drifts to other things, just gently bring it back to your fingers. Focus on your fingertips. Gently stretch your entire body and reflect on what just happened
Mindful Observation-The exercise is to connect us with the beauty of the nature. Choose a natural object from within your immediate environment and focus on watching it for a minute or two and simply relax, it will develop concentration.
Mindful Breathing-This can be done, anywhere, anytime. You can choose to sit down in the meditation position d focus on your breath for just one minute, you will be relaxed..
Mindful eating is very important as it will help you to relish food and its nutritious qualities.
If you want to control your mind and grow you need to manage your emotions. Managing emotions is the ability to deal with situations and handling your emotions appropriately and making you confident to take personal decisions.
Mantras have a magnifying effect these Calm the mind and purify thoughts, Divine light illumines, Impurities settle down. Pure mind is a mirror that reflects everything, rejects nothing.
