Varanasi Public School, in collaboration with Varanasi Sahodaya and the Cyber Cell of U.P. Police, successfully conducted a comprehensive cyber safety workshop on September 11, 2023. This workshop aimed to educate and empower students on the importance of online safety in today’s digital age. The event witnessed the active participation of over 600 students from Varanasi Public School, Mukularanyam School, and SS Public School, Babatpur and a few neighbouring schools
During the workshop, students from Varanasi Public School, Mukularanyam School, and SS Public School, Babatpur raised a plethora of thought-provoking questions, highlighting their enthusiasm and concern for staying safe online. These questions addressed various aspects of cyber safety, reflecting the need for ongoing education and awareness in this critical area.
Shri Virat Singh, the cyber cell expert from UP police dedicated over 90 minutes to patiently address these questions and share valuable insights on cyber safety. His expertise and guidance contributed significantly to enhancing the students’ understanding of online risks and precautions.
