Principals of 36 schools learnt the skills of efficient Pedagogical-Leadership. – Two-day training concludes at DPS Bokaro.

Bokaro : The Two-day training program of School Leaders organized by Dr. Radhakrishnan Sahodaya School Complex in association with CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) hosted by DPS Bokaro ended today. On the concluding day of this training session, Resource Person Mukesh Shelat, Principal, DPS Varanasi emphasized on providing quality education in schools according to the needs of the children. He said that the teacher should create a congenial atmosphere in the classroom wherein children have the freedom to express their ideas. Emphasizing on efficient strategies to improve teaching and learning, Shri Shelat called upon the teachers to play the role of a friend, an actor and a psychiatrist. He highlighted the strategy of ‘Plan, Do, Check and Act’.


All the participants appreciated this two-day training programme. They said that it was a unique experience that provided them a wonderful opportunity to learn through interaction with the peer educators. All the delegates were given a special identity card by DPS Bokaro under its ‘Go Green Initiative’, the card had seeds of different plants which enabled the delegates to be the carrier of the green initiative as the seeds would grow into beautiful saplings  wherever planted.


 On this occasion, the President of Dr. Radhakrishna Sahodaya School Complex, Bokaro, City Coordinator AISSE/AISSCE and Principal, DPS Bokaro A. S. Gangwar expressed his sincere gratitude to the Resource Person Shri Shelat and all the delegates and their Principals for their active participation. The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates. General Secretary cum Principal, ARS Public School Biswajit Patra proposed the Vote of Thanks.
