Banana Paneer Tikki

Recipe: –

Preparation Time: 15 Mins; Cooking Time: 10 Mins; Servings: for 4 persons

Ingredients:

➢  Raw Banana – 400 gm

➢  Paneer – 100 gm

➢  Chopped Onion – 1 / 4 cup

➢  Rice Flour – 3 tbsp

➢  Bread Crumbs – 3 tbsp

➢  Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp

➢  Garam Masala – 1 /2 tsp

➢  Amchoor Powder – 1 /2 tsp

➢  Crushed Green Chilli – 1

➢  Chopped Coriander

➢  Salt to taste

➢  Oil for shallow fry – 2~3 tbsp

Steps:

1.    Boil Raw Banana, peel them and let it cool.

2.    In a large bowl, mash cooled raw banana and add mashed paneer, chopped onion, red chili powder, garam masala, amchoor powder, chopped coriander, salt and rice flour. Mix them properly to make sure they are well combined.

3.    Grease your hand with oil, take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it to make a shape of tikki.

4.    Cover the tikki with bread crumbs to get crispness.

5.    Take oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis. Flip over once the base is golden brown.

6.    Fry both sides till they turn golden brown and crisp.

7.    They are ready to be packed for tiffin.
