A Journey from Confusion to Clarity
Weekly Youth Column By Dr. Anita Kumari.
In today’s fast-moving world, young minds face unprecedented pressure—academic stress, career uncertainty, emotional conflicts, social comparison, digital overload, and the constant search for identity and purpose. The Bhagavad Gita, spoken over 5,000 years ago on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, offers timeless wisdom for these very challenges.
Although rooted in ancient philosophy, the Gita is not a religious text alone—it is a universal manual for mental strength, clarity, confidence, leadership, and inner peace. At the moment of greatest confusion, when Arjuna feels lost and helpless, Lord Krishna guides him from doubt to determination. This journey reflects the inner battle every young person experiences today.
“Gita for Life: A Journey from Confusion to Clarity” is a weekly youth series designed to bring the teachings of the Gita into modern life in a simple, practical, and inspiring format. Each chapter is explored through relatable life lessons, real stories of achievers, reflection journals, weekly challenges, and discussion questions—helping students and young adults transform knowledge into action.
This series is not about memorizing shlokas—it is about discovering strength, gaining direction, mastering the mind, and building character. It is an invitation to rise as warriors of life, not worriers trapped by fear.
May this journey bring clarity to the confused, courage to the uncertain, and purpose to the ambitious.
Welcome to the battlefield within—your Kurukshetra.
