Teaching has never been a profession but a passion to shape a better society, growing nation & a beautiful loving world as well. It has ever had many difficulties & ceaseless challenges to be tackled by teachers and students both. For last two years, due to pandemic, teachers & Students have been encountered with a volley of challenges to be settled well.Teaching has increasingly become much more difficult with time and the declination in the success rate of students is quite concernable. This obviously is an alarming condition. Based on research, below are listed the most common challenges faced by teachers today…

Inspiring students to be more self-directed

Teachers go through a tough phase in getting students to be more self-directed. They discover some new ways to ease the pressure of students by dragging their attention, growing their interest and making sure that lesson practices and the homework delivered are fun, accessible anywhere, targeted to remove their weaknesses and ensuring that learning takes place in a more conducive, less-tensed, less-pressured environment.

Improving Learning Outcomes

Designing Learning Outcomes that proves effective to the teaching learning process and developing result-oriented ways to measure student’s potential and success are now big challenges. Meeting those learning outcomes and having solid indicators to prove this, all the while easing the paperwork and the excel sheets of the teachers have become unthinkable. Even if these are done well, teachers still don’t get that absolute view of how good their students are as a whole. In addition, finding the right way to automate this process in such a way that real time results are what’s needed, is of prime importance.

Differentiating and personalizing teaching

What works for one student may not be appropriate for another. Teachers have experienced and recognized this but have a very few ways to test and make sure that different skill levels are being evaluated. A new wave of assessments is must and how teaching is conducted, is important. Newer question types, media-enhanced exams, diversifying teaching and keeping it simple at the same time requires a balanced approach that is hard to find.

Getting students to do their work outside the classroom

What students do at schools is just a fraction of the efforts that needs to be put in for academic success. Teachers have the extra added pressure of having students put in the extra effort outside of the classroom. Students still find no proper incentive to deal with this issue. Teachers still seek for a way that they can encourage students to learn while they’re having fun and not make it seem like pursuing knowledge is a tedious task.

Finding the time to keep up with administrative tasks

Efforts to enfold these take time to come up with curriculum teaching, engage classrooms come up with questions, assessments, spend hours sometimes more enough filling out reports, analysis, strengths, weaknesses and performance indicators. Teachers are looking for ways to ease and smoothen this extra academic pressure.

Understanding Changing Technology

With the crucial demand of new techno – tools, teachers are working hard to update themselves to the usage of several required apps & tools only to make their teaching productive. Along with the subject knowledge, the teachers have to be more serious & attentive to the changing & updating technology. Every minute the new update is available – to learn with & to go with, really, it’s not very easy. Though most of them have managed to cope up the difficult situation and are able to pace with, comfortably.

Parental Involvement

Having the parents of students informed and involved in one major area that teachers and admins are having a hard time to keep up with. Teachers are looking for an easy way to have parents be a part of their child’s journey & have good understanding of their skills and monitoring their performances on a regular basis.Whether the ocean turns up, there is one who never turns – ever goes ahead to accomplish his duty given for the welfare of the man and mankind. He searches new ways of betterment. He is no one else but a teacher who goes on…goes on…& goes on…
